The Mindfulness community at the Uganda Buddhist Centre invites you to learn, deepen, expand, and integrate your meditation experiences into all aspects of your life.
We have sacred space for spiritual connection, where you connect with other meditators and experienced Dhamma practitioners.
Meditating as a community can bring enormous benefits in our lives, we get supported from the community, and we meet such interesting, insightful and skillful people along the way.
The Program is conducted every Sunday of the week, starting from 9:30am to 4:00pm. You are encouraged to carry food to share with the community and the monks at the temple
