Chan is the author and producer of “Light on the Lotus Hill” and is an anthropologist by training.
He has a Masters in Social Anthropology from the London School of Economics. He is a Fellow of the Royal Anthropological Institute in UK and the first batch of NLB’s Lee Kong Chian Research Fellow.
