Every Sunday, the Uganda Buddhist Centre warmly invites individuals from all walks of life to join in a transformative journey of self-discovery and inner peace through the practice of mindfulness meditation.

From 9 am to 10 am, participants gather in the Temple to cultivate a sense of mindfulness and tranquility. Guided by experienced meditation teachers, attendees engage in a profound exploration of the present moment, fostering a heightened awareness of their thoughts, feelings, and surroundings.

This weekly meditation session provides a sacred space for individuals to unwind, connect with their inner selves, and embrace the teachings of Buddhism. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or a newcomer curious about the benefits of mindfulness, the Uganda Buddhist Centre’s Sunday meditation sessions are for you.
